Summer Shindig

SCAMP’s Summer Shindig will return for 2026.  

Mark your calendar for Saturday, May 30, 2026.

Summer Shindig is an evening of fun, good food, and amazing company, all while raising money for our SCAMPers. 

The evening will kick off at 6pm with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, as well as live entertainment.  

At 7pm, our Live Auction will begin with our auctioneer.  

Once our amazing live auction items have been won, we will serve a strolling dinner.  

Music and games will continue, as will our Silent Auction and Dedication Table 

which allows patrons to donate SCAMP Camp Wish List items.  

The evening will close at 10pm.

Clarkston SCAMP is a very special place for hundreds of individuals and their families. For five weeks, SCAMPers from all over southeast Michigan enjoy a summer of fun and learning that they may otherwise not be able to participate in. Meanwhile, their parents get a bit of respite, and the students who volunteer with SCAMPers get the experience of a lifetime. 
 

Many of the individuals attending SCAMP require financial assistance to attend. Fundraisers are held throughout the year, and additional donations from individuals and private organizations help to supplement the cost. No SCAMPer has ever been turned away for financial need. 
 

Sponsoring the Summer Shindig for SCAMP is a great way to show your generous spirit and spread the pleasure of giving. Every donation means another smile on the face of a special individual. 

Tickets and sponsorship packages will be available for purchase in the new year.
